Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, called the Terms, govern your use of the VVUF website at vvuf.pet, the VVUF mobile apps for iOS and Android, and the VVUF web application, together called the Services, provided by PRD LLC. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms, and references to you include that business.

2. Who can use VVUF

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services, and you must use them only for lawful purposes. The Services are intended for grooming businesses and the people who run them, and are not intended for use by children.

3. Your account

To use most features you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

If you add staff members to your business, you are responsible for the access you give them and for their use of the Services within your business.

4. The Services

VVUF helps pet grooming businesses manage bookings, staff schedules, services, and client and pet records across mobile and web. We may add, change or remove features over time as we improve the Services. Some features may depend on your plan.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the Services you agree that you will not:

• Break any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload information you do not have the right to use or share.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or to other accounts, systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or place an unreasonable load on our systems.
• Introduce harmful code or attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services.
• Copy, modify, resell or create derivative works of the Services except as these Terms allow.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited messages or to harass others.

6. Business responsibilities

If you use VVUF to store records about your own clients and their pets, you are the controller of that information and you are responsible for handling it lawfully. This includes giving your clients any privacy notices they are owed and gathering any consents the law requires. VVUF processes that information on your behalf to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for how you communicate with your clients, and for running your grooming business. VVUF provides the tools, and you remain responsible for your business decisions and operations.

7. Plans, fees and payment

VVUF offers a free plan and paid plans. The features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees for that plan.

• Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing period you select.
• Changes to fees. We may change our fees from time to time. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the change takes effect.
• Cancellation. You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Taxes. Fees may be subject to taxes, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.

8. Your content and data

You keep all rights to the information and content you add to VVUF, which we call your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, copy and process your content only as needed to provide and improve the Services and to support you.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights you need to use it. You can export your content as the Services allow, and you can ask us to delete your account as described in the Termination section.

9. Our intellectual property

The Services, including the software, design, text, graphics and the VVUF name and logo, are owned by PRD LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non exclusive and non transferable right to use the Services in line with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

10. Third party services

The Services may rely on or link to services provided by other companies, such as app stores, cloud hosting and analytics providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of a third party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider terms.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance, update features or suspend parts of the Services from time to time. We may also change or discontinue the Services, and we will aim to give you reasonable notice of a significant change where we can.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an as available and as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRD LLC and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some places do not allow certain limits of liability, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless PRD LLC and its team from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or the rights of others.

15. Termination

You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if it is needed to protect the Services or other users, or if required by law. When your account ends, your right to use the Services stops. Some parts of these Terms, such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and indemnity, continue to apply after termination.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where PRD LLCoperates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction in that location, unless the law that protects you as a consumer says otherwise.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in another way. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
